  • Pay/Go: Ideal for failover support or on-demand help. Billed hourly with a credit card on file.
  • Block Hours: For ongoing or proactive remediation needs, pre-purchase hours in increments of 20 or 40. They never expire, allowing you to stay ahead of issues with regular, proactive IT management.
