At EZ Support, our goal is to ensure you have a clear understanding of our policies regarding payments, shipping, returns, and warranties before you make a purchase. We strive to provide transparent information on how we process orders within Canada, what to expect in terms of delivery, and how we can assist in coordinating product returns or warranties with manufacturers or original resellers.

Shipping & Payment

  • Within Canada Only: We ship orders exclusively within Canada using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times apply to major urban areas. Rural or remote locations may experience longer transit times.
  • Verified Addresses: We can only ship to the verified billing address associated with your credit card or PayPal account.
  • No In‐Store Pickup: All purchases are conducted either via our website or confirmed through email; in‐person collection is not available.
  • Oversold Items: Due to system limitations, some products may be oversold. If we cannot fulfill your order, it will be canceled and refunded in full (including shipping fees and taxes) through your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

Returns & Warranty

  • No Returns or Direct Warranty: EZ Support does not issue returns or provide warranty coverage on any hardware, software, or related purchases. All sales are considered final unless otherwise specified by the original manufacturer or the reseller from whom the products were sourced.
  • Facilitation of Returns & Warranty: Upon customer request, EZ Support will make reasonable efforts to communicate with manufacturers or original resellers on your behalf. We do this solely to assist with potential returns, exchanges, or warranty claims offered by those third parties.
  • Service Fees: EZ Support reserves the right to invoice customers for time spent facilitating returns and warranties at the rate specified in the applicable Service Level Agreement, as governed by the Master Service Agreement.

Important Notes

  • Manufacturers or resellers may have their own policies regarding returns, exchanges, or warranties. Any decisions on approvals, refunds, or replacements rest entirely with them.
  • EZ Support does not guarantee or imply approval of any claim by the manufacturer or reseller.
